The next wave of superstars would dominate in this kit, this is the kit of the Invicibles. This kit introduced O2 as the sponsor, and I think their clean, simple logo design was the best Arsenal has ever had, coming the closest of any logo to complimenting the kit. It also features the new modern crest, the cannon of which I’m a huge fan of. The white split hoop around the midsection makes it a bit more interesting, while the V-cut shoulders make this strip reassert Arsenal’s cutting edge image.
